They have natural resistances to cold which makes living in Frosthaven easier for them than the other races. They are skilled in all martial and magical arts, and have a history of dealing in dark practices.
The Blessed Sha 'om typically follow either Ahnurr, Fadomai or both, which is greatly frowned upon. They have also claimed to be the original inhabitants of Frosthaven, blessed by one of their two deities as the rightful rulers of the land.
The foreign appearance and behavior of Sha' om make them common targets of racial discrimination.
